Guest Service Officer


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct room inspection/spot check before guest arrival to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and completeness of amenities. Ensure guests with special occasions are given Guest Delight service (i.e. room setup, cake, etc.)
  • Responsible in welcoming VIPs at the Lobby or Club Lounge and assist them with check-in and check-out, ensuring adherence to Makati Diamond Residences’ standards and policies
  • Well-versed with the products, services, and amenities offered by Makati Diamond Residences
  • Ensure that guests are well-informed of their booking inclusions and privileges as Club guests
  • Conducting oculars and provide assistance during food and beverage service at the Club Lounge
  • Touch bases with guests through courtesy calls visits
  • Maintain good relationship and build partnership with internal and external guests to ensure seamless execution of hotel operations and delivery of guest needs


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Tourism preferred but not required
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the same role and property rating
  • Familiarity and understanding of hospitality industry standards
  • Excellent English and Filipino communication skills (written and oral)
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • Good team player and can work well even with minimal supervision
  • Fast-learner and flexible
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge in OPERA and/or similar hotel system
