Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in welcoming guests and assisting them effectively, courteously, and professionally with all front office-related functions including check-in and check-out 
  • Maintain a high standard of service while ensuring adherence to Makati Diamond Residences’ standards and policies
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
  • Collect payments and verify credit acceptance by reviewing and recording customer information and operating credit card authorization systems
  • Monitor lobby and determine customer flow
  • Well-versed with the products, services, and amenities offered by Makati Diamond Residences
  • Highlight amenities and services of the hotel to prospective guests, and utilizes all resources to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues, managers, and resources


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Tourism preferred but not required
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role and property rating
  • Familiarity and understanding of hospitality industry standards
  • Excellent English and Filipino communication skills (written and oral)
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Good team player and can work well even with minimal supervision
  • Fast-learner and flexible
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge in OPERA and/or similar hotel system
