TRX STUDIO

Push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge, and plank your way to a better you at our TRX Studio. This suspension training uses bodyweight exercise and rope systems to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Daily classes are temporarily unavailable until further notice. The TRX Studio is open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. For inquiries, contact our guest services team at the Fitness Center.
